Another great movie today that is written and directed by James Cameron's Avatar, starring Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez and Stephen Lang. It is the work most technologically advanced film ever made

The film takes us a year 2154, of the age in which humans are the mining of valuable minerals in Pandora. The growth of the mining colony of the endangered Na'vi-a kind of humanoid life Pandora native. The film was written by James Cameron at the beginning of 1994. Cameron plans to do the filming after the end of Cameron's Titanic 1997 and published in 1999. However, do not go on as planned. Cameron said that the core technology for its idea of the film is not yet available.

Now, let me take you to the location of the film "Avatar."

Although the film uses a large amount of technology digital technology, there are still real place where the shooting took place, Hawaii, New Zealand and Brazil.

The Hamakua Coast (Hamakua) is located in north-eastern coast Hawaii. They are mainly from erosion surrounded by cliffs that fall from a height into the sea. This section of the coast is formed by the side of two dormant volcanoes: Mauna Kea and Kohala. It is said that the Hamakua Coast provide the background of the jungle in the movie. Hamakua Coast has also played the role of Amazon rainforest the film "Indiana Jones The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull."

Another place in Hawaii in the film is Keahua Kauai Arboretum. Jurassic Park was killed also on the island of Kauai. The botany of the surroundings and the natural park bordering the Wailua River in Kauai give reference footage for visual effects to bring to Zoom Avatar to real life.

The major movie scene where the princess Na'vi first met Neytiri Avatar de Sully in the jungles of Pandora, where the whole interior the forest is bright, is the film in a department store in the neighborhood of Playa Vista, Los Angeles. About 140 cameras are used at home to capture every movement of the cast in "Avatar", and a small camera focuses on the actors and actress's head to record all facial expressions.

Finally, Post production is partly held in four locations in Wellington, New Zealand, Stone Street Studio, Weta Workshop and Weta Digital. And some footage is shot in the store in the city of Porirua in Wellington (The old Todd Motors Building).

Stone Street Study is a study in New Zealand only purpose built for the shooting stage. It is surrounded by large warehouse, clothing and makeup services, parking facilities and production office. The famous "King Kong" and " Lord of the Rings "is also used to produce the study. The filming of Avatar for the duration of 88 days was held at The Stone Street Studio and Stores in Porirua Wellington City (Todd Motors The old building).

Weta Digital, responsible for the revolutionary visual effects in The Lord of the Rings and King Kong, led the process to a new level of creative and technological excellence.

Weta Digital for Avatar job is to convey the lively expression and surroundings Na'vi of the film that is credible and realistic as Cameron wanted everything in the movie is based on reality and not science fiction.

It is not easy. Some of his works in Avatar including some of the following: – The growing process requires landscape Pandora Weta staff to implement a program called Massive that allow replication of varieties of digitally generated object – Introduction of new techniques that will make digital technologies seemed real human faces – Investing number large resources and time to "block the movement of the eye" technique. This technique is to ensure that digital characters are engaged and involved in the middle surrounding environment. Thus the expression of the eyes are more natural
