I'm looking for a movie title?
It's a movie again, probably from the 90's. There was a mother who had many children. They all lived in a hut with her, who were making repairs and home improvements. For Christmas, she tried to consult the local church for charitable gifts for their children, but the church was out of the gifts. She in turn, buy tools and gave their children for Christmas, explaining that was the goal of making the house better. Had look of horror and disgust with the opening of gifts. This is the only bit of the movie you remember. I know that mom was a very tough cookie, brown hair, a bit on the heavy side. she had a son who was a teenager with typical teenage problems, and I think I remember one of the younger guys who are hurt Repair some of the ceilings. The cabin was huge, and the fabric is used as room dividers. The setting winter was very cold and sad, maybe a little snow. Thanks if any of you has a clue
