While all Star Wars books are good, there are few exits up.

1. Heir to the Empire Trilogy – Well I know this is not a book, however, is difficult to separate. Written by Timothy Zahn, the new trilogy of Star Wars Empire released to the general public after an absence of eight years of absence. Set five years after Return of the Jedi, Heir to the Empire tells the story of Grand Admiral Thrawn and how to revitalize the empire. The Heir to the Empire also introduces us Mara Jade, Talon Karda, and Jacen and Jaina Solo.

2. Han Solo at Star's End. This book, written by Brian Daley, was able to capture the spirit of Star Wars Han Solo. From the moment you pick it up he was captivated. Star's End tells the story of Han Solo and Chewbacca and his adventures in the Corporate Sector. The monitoring of two books, Han Solo's Revenge and Han Solo and the Lost Legacy were as good as the first and highly recommended.

3. Splinter of the Mind's Eye. This book should be on the list of all fan favorite and for good reason too. Splinter is right after the first film and talk about Luke, Leia, C3PO and R2D2 Mimban adventures. Writer Alan Dean Foster, who wrote the novel Phantom of Star Wars, Splinter allows the reader feel you are watching a new movie.

4. Correli trilogy. Again, another trilogy, but it can be difficult to separate when they are all good. In this series, Han Solo and his family return to Correli when Han's cousin Sal-Solo Thrak bid for power. By Roger MacBride Allen these books we head towards the end of the rein empires of the galaxy and to the Vong invasion.

5. Following Enemy Lines 1 and 2. This duo-logy just after the fall of Coruscant brings in all the major characters in the expanded universe everything speaks of the epic struggle against the Vong Borleias in the world. Written by Aaron Allston this book bring back the feeling of joyful adventure of Star Wars that had been lacking is the former New Jedi Order Books

6. Rogue Squadron. The first book in a series of nine books on the adventures of Wedge Antilles and pilots famous X-Wing Rogue Squadron. Set two years after Return of the Jedi, Rogue Squadron must make an attack and capture of the imperial fortress Borleias whether to capture Coruscant. The first Star Wars book that do not have any of the main characters in the lead roles. This book also introduces us to Corran Horn and Tycho Mirrax Terrik Celchu.

7. The Hand of Thrawn duo-logy. Another series of books by Timothy Zahn. The Hand of Thrawn books, board 19 years after Star Wars, report on past empires push to be a dominant power in the galaxy. This view also of the long-awaited meeting of Luke and Mara and the way we finally end up together. This was a great series to achieve an end the Age of Empire of Star Wars.

Now I know that they can not be the favorite, but they are great books, and I know that many people have taken to the headquarters of the Crown Empire's novels made into movies. Let me know what you think.
