Actually the answer of P was only one thing that companies get spam on your site. And Billy did not really have a purpose just there for when he is on the TV screen not get to see Jigsaw's face, and delivers messages in the film (and theortetically) And the pig is just a mask .. well in the 3rd (I think), the pigs get ground and thrown into a tub big while this man is placed in the bottom for a strap or a bar over the neck restraining him. And the pig is only to conceal his identity as the 4th one. Like when other kidnapped victims. EDIT: Yes, the pig year is the launch of this torture Jigsaw everything.:)
