The differences between the book "HP and the Half-Blood Prince" and the movie?
So I saw "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" today. I read the book two years ago and I know there is much lacking in the movie, but I can not think what. I know the scene of the great Battle of Hogwarts, where there is a lot of people died. Who died again? and some missing memories of Tom Riddle. What were the memories again? And who Horcux have the necklace? And why Snape kills Dumbledoor again? And only the general differences between the book and movie? Thanks! I'm starting to remember better. PS I read all the books in the series.
** SPOILERS ** HBP and DH I think the big battle is talking about is that in Deathly Hallows, and nearly half of the characters die. The only important person who dies in HP6 is dumbldore. I could be wrong, and I'm reading HP6 and havent gotton so far in history. Memories not present are the memory of Ogden to visit Marvolo, Morfin and Merope Gaunt. Merope was Voldemort mother, grandfather Marvolo, Morfin and uncle. Morfin's memory in which Tom back to the hut and discovers that his father was a Muggle who abandoned his witch mother. Tom muggle murders his father and grandparents, and makes Morfin guilt (by implanting a false memory) memory Hokey the house-elf, in which Tom Riddle visits Hepzibah Smith, and she shows Helga Hufflepuff cup and Salazar Syltherin medallion (which he knew it was his mother). Apparently, kills and steals things and makes Hokey guilt (false memory again) The Deathly Hallows, we find that Dolores Umbridge is the real Horcrux locket. RAB had first though. Snape kills Dumbledore for the line of the Elder Wand can be changed. To become a master of the wand, the person must kill the owner. However, death Dumbldore planned, so Snape did not actually kill him. Everything was done on purpose and it all planned. Snape was not the real owner. The real owner of the Elder Wand is Harry, but I forget what happened. So in Deathly Hallows when Voldemort kills Snape, he had the Elder Wand. Oh, and also made the Unbreakable Vow to protect Draco and make it appear on the side of Voldemort yet. Differences in general is: Harry Dumbldore chosen the Dursley. Tonks found Harry on the train. Ginny and Harry first kiss after he won the Quidditch Cup, against all who celebrate. Tonks and Lupin do not get together until funeral Dumbledore. Harry asks Dobby and Kreacher to spy on Malfoy, but that never happens. Sprout Professor Slughorn actually asked for help, while in the film that escaped in the greenhouse. There coukld more, poor editing, if any. Sorry if I ruined Deathly Hallows, but some of the questions asked to the answers in this book. K, hope this helps xD
