horror movie torture
Why do some people like horror movies torture??

Hostel, Saw, etc. .. Cabin Fever Why??

Some people have a strong stomach. They do not care to be nervous because it's enthusiasm for them. I can not see well, but I like movies when I need serial murderer a thriller. Not mean that they are monsters maul nature, it just means that is what scares them more. You can say a lot about people. Not only the themes of his curse, but the choice of thrillers. Writing is also a good way to "read" someone, but that is all pervasive and does not mean that much of the way of analysis. No need to be afraid of them. They only have their favorite way to fear. That is what they fear most. @ 8-)

Hostel: Part II (Unrated Widescreen Edition)

Hostel: Part II (Unrated Widescreen Edition)

$4.84

With repulsion levels at least comparable to Cannibal Holocaust, Herschell Gordon Lewis’ Blood Feast, and other gory slasher landmarks, Eli Roth’s Hostel 2 reconfigures ideas of violence to test how down and dirty a horror film can get. The film raises the stakes, leaving those who wish to make a sicker film out in the lurch for the time being. This sequel, like the first Hostel, is set in and aro…

Don’t Torture A Duckling [VHS]

The oddly titled Don’t Torture a Duckling (taken from a minor plot point) is one of director Lucio Fulci’s most linear and conventional narratives, relying more on story and mystery than on gore and atmospherics. In a rural Italian village, young boys turn up dead, and the authorities are stumped as to who the murderer is. A reporter lends his efforts to the hunt for the killer, many red herrings…

Star Trek – The Original Series, Episode 63: The Empath [VHS]

This episode is an absolute must for fans of Star Trek’s recurring shirtless-Kirk-being-tortured motif. Kirk, Spock, and McCoy are taken to a strange laboratory and tortured by powerful aliens while a mute woman is forced to watch–a woman whose empathic abilities are being put to the test. There is, of course, a broader scheme to it all–this is one of the early manifestations of Trek’s eternal c…

Equal parts Cronenbergian body horror, perverse fetish film, and E.C. Comics-style gross-out, The Human Centipede is Dutch director Tom Six’s uniquely macabre endurance test for fans of modern fright fare.
